Job Description
Finance Transformation is part of Deloitte’s consulting practice and consists of 350 dedicated consultants who work within all aspects of the CFO area and engage with clients to advise, transform, optimise, and operate the finance function. We have private and public as well as national and international clients across different industries and of different sizes, and we work with the lion’s share of C25 companies and public institutions.

As a Graduate, you will collaborate with our clients from day one to develop their finance function. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will contribute with their experience and learning in task solving. It is important for us that you have the opportunity to shape your everyday life, and we prioritize matching you with the right tasks based on your skills and preferences.

As a Graduate, you will experience a varied and exciting workday with a wide range of tasks. Based on the client's needs and your experiences and competencies, typical assignments and projects could consist of:

• Finance operations optimization and transformation
• Enterprise performance management including reporting, analytics, and budgeting
• M&A readiness and finance post-merger integration
• Finance strategy and architecture
• Digitalization of finance functions by leveraging technology solutions
• ERP-enabled finance transformations and finance systems implementation
• Global business services transformations
• Treasury management transformations
• ESG and workforce planning

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for candidates with a Master’s degree within the fields of finance, economics, business, accounting, IT & data, or similar areas. Most importantly, we are interested in your strong analytical skills and your eagerness to learn combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality. At Deloitte’s consulting practice, we are a diverse group of employees and fluency in English is required.
