A Business Partner to Pandora’s Clusters and Global CCO Organization
As a Student Assistant in Reporting & Analytics, you’ll support the team’s mission as business partners to Pandora’s Clusters and Global CCO organization. You will take on responsibilities such as creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports, and providing data-driven insights to support store openings, relocations, and refurbishments. This role is a unique opportunity to engage with Pandora’s store portfolio on both strategic and operational levels.

Your areas of responsibility
Your main focus will be to support cross-functional teams by delivering data-driven insights that improve decision-making and optimize processes related to store design, construction timelines, project execution, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of monthly alignment calls with our clusters
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Automating and optimizing reports to enhance efficiency and accessibility
  • Driving initiatives to improve data quality across different systems
  • Creating high-level slides and presentations, typically for the ELT and board of directors
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses as required by the business

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking an enthusiastic team player who is currently pursuing or about to start a master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. You are ambitious, self-confident, and ready to take on new challenges. Additionally, you:

  • Have a strong interest in the business side of operations
  • Possess strong analytical skills and can create clear dashboards, reports, and impactful visualization, slides and presentations
  • Communicate effectively and feel comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus

Your new team
The Reporting & Analytics team works closely with various departments globally within the commercial area. As a team, we strive to be the preferred advisor to management, ensuring our insights have a seat at every table and a voice in every decision.

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 15-20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
