Student Assistant, R&D Digital Reporting and Analysis - Aarhus

Arla Foods, a leading global dairy company, is seeking a talented and motivated student assistant to join our Science Strategy and Portfolio Office. We are a diverse and multidisciplined team covering digital strategy, data science, scientific partnerships, portfolio management, and communications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in Power BI applied to R&D data.

How will you make an impact:
You will work with a team of data specialists to develop, maintain, and deploy reporting solutions to the business, primarily on the Power BI platform. You will champion two Power BI hubs with hundreds of users, sharing the insights you develop.

You will be:

• Developing new reports utilizing Laboratory Data, Product Data, and Pilot Plant Data
• Maintaining existing reports including, developing enhancements and handling communication with users.
• Steering the future of data reporting at the Arla Innovation Center.
• Learning data modelling and analytics with support from specialists to develop new data models and generating new business insights.

What will make you successful?:
We are looking for a proactive and curios person, who is enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree. Please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education. It is a requirement to be enrolled in a study program in Denmark for this position.

You will be flexible and able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due considerations to your studies.

We expect you:

• Have an interest in data analytics and reporting
• Have a high degree of autonomy, drive, and energy
• Are interested in learning the Power BI Platform
• Are fluent in written and spoken English
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
