The Portfolio and Demand team at Nuuday is more than just the average PMO team. We support the Nuuday Transformation journey by creating governance forums and reporting structures to enable the transparent monitoring of the progress within & across the Nuuday portfolios. We are looking for a student assistant who is motivated by opportunities, enjoys solving problems and is eager to learn. You will work as a part of a small, international team that designs, tests, and continuously adjusts processes and ways of working based on learnings and organizational changes. As we are in the middle of a transformation – it is safe to say that there are no days that look the same. This position is for 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods etc. The role will be based in Copenhagen and Arhus, with flexibility to work from home as needed.

Main responsibilities include:

• Deep dive into and learn (if you don’t know it already!) how to configure Microsoft Power Platform solutions, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBi, Power Virtual Agents and more
• Support the team in defining reporting structures and develop reports that ensure transparent reporting of data points
• Developing and continuously improve reports for management (a typical task could be to develop PowerBi management report based on available date points, test it on target audience, and make adjustment according to feedback)
• Assist create documentation and guides for users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master student
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is not a requirement – however a value-add.
• You don’t need to be a tech expert or a developer – but it is a great advantage to be tech proficient
• Eager to learn, highly motivated and dependable.
• As we are working in a fast-paced environment, being comfortable working independently is a major plus.
