Diplomatic Technology Intern

Duties
The individual will support the IT department in providing assistance to users of information management services in the Information Services Center (ISC). They will assist the help desk as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. They will submit trouble tickets to ensure customer issues are documented and escalate tickets as needed to resolved issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit; proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); must be 18 years of age; energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas; able to build strong relationships and work independently as a supportive team player; a basic understanding of computer applications and customer service is required.
