Folkekirkens Nødhjælp

Are you interested in learning, project work and community engagement? And would you like to be part of an organisation working with development and humanitarian aid? Then Learning Lab is the perfect place for you! You will become part of an innovative and dynamic team of 10 colleagues creating and promoting learning.

Learning Lab facilitates the global Fabo Learning Community that right now counts 30 member organisations (you can read more on fabo.org). You will get a unique opportunity to assist and work together with several national and international humanitarian and development organisations.

The internship is versatile and just as we expect you to want to learn from us - we want to learn from you as well. Below you will find some more details.

General tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the roll-out and implementation of a new process model for our learning projects. This includes support with creating guides and visuals to ease the collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Project assistance related to learning activities: Research, development, quality assurance, reporting, copy writing and learning administration.
  • Assist with planning and execution of Fabo events and activities.
  • Turning different types of content into guides and templates for the Fabo community and DCA work.
  • Assistance to and collaboration with Fabo members and the Fabo Community in general.
  • Other administrative assignments and ad hoc tasks.
  • If you have any other relevant competences, we are very open to get those into play as well.

As our future intern you will contribute by:

  • Being engaged, positive and proactive with your given tasks.
  • Being open to contributing with suggestions on how to solve various challenges.
  • Bringing your previous experience into your tasks.

We expect that:

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme that provides you with competences and abilities that enable you to take on the above tasks. This could for example be Communications, IT, Multimedia Design etc.
  • Knowledge or experience with learning, research, capacity sharing, or communication is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English (our primary working language is English). Proficiency in Danish, Spanish, Arabic or French is an advantage.
  • You have a high level of digital literacy – we have a ‘blended approach’ to learning and the use of technology and digital solutions are highly integrated into our work.
  • A flair for working with graphics is an advantage.

If you have made it this far, you are probably interested to know these practical details:

  • The application deadline is November 20, 2024 – Please upload your application and CV here.
  • Interviews with relevant candidates are expected to be held November 27-28.
