If so, we’re looking for someone just like you to join our team! Our previous Talent Acquisition Specialist is moving into an exciting new role within the company. Now, we're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to continue delivering full-cycle recruitment support and helping shape our talent acquisition strategy.

In our HR team, you'll work alongside an HR Generalist, two Student Assistants (one dedicated to TA), and Head of HR. We each bring unique skills to the table and collaborate to play to each other’s strengths. As your leader, I promise to do my very best to make you succeed every day. About The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a crucial player in recruiting and onboarding talent as our business grows. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Together with the TA Student Assistant, finding and build effective relationships with passive job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of the roles are within Research & Development
- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents
- Handle the initial screening for selected roles
- Following up on progress and ensuring a good candidate experience
- Sparring with and delegating task to our TA Student Assistant.
- Together with Head of HR defining success metrics and objectives and making sure we navigate based on those
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches into TA efforts
- Contribute to a good onboarding experience for our new employees
You will also contribute to our Employer Branding activities by:
- Creating content for our SOME activities
- Plan and prepare for recruiting event externally and in our brand-new Trackman Innovation Center
Requirements
The ideal candidate
- You have experience with talent sourcing and recruitment processes, and you have a strong passion for TA
- Your background can vary, but a can-do attitude and the ability to quickly get acquainted with new areas, people, jobs, systems, and industries are required
- You are a strong and engaging communicator (written, video, SoMe, etc.) and a good listener, so you understand the needs of the business
- You thrive with approaching and engaging potential candidates, whether on the phone, in writing, or face-to-face at events and fairs.
- You understand that HR is here to support the business, connect easily to others, and have an outgoing nature. You are curious to learn and have high expectations of your and others' performance
- You have high integrity and are a team player
- You have a systematic and proactive approach to your tasks
- You are fluent in English in writing and speaking

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride of the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
