Your challenges
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Analyst to join our Strategic Communications team at our headquarters in Hørsholm. In this role, you will be part of a skilled, international team with a collaborative, open, and ambitious culture that places high value on personal and professional growth.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in maintaining, tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance of communications efforts and enable data driven optimisation
- Conduct analysis of data trends and create compelling presentations using data and insights to provide actionable insights.
- Support process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in preparing budget forecasts and financial reports.
- Support the team in preparing materials for meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Ad hoc tasks supporting team (e.g. ad-hoc analysis, update of asset overviews, helpdesk support, etc.)
You’ll work 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around your exam periods.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is proactive in recognizing opportunities. With a curious and outgoing mindset, you’ll be comfortable working individually across a range of tasks.
We expect that you:
- Are currently a bachelor’s student or have just started your master’s degree, and ideally studying within Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Hold strong analytical skills and keen attention for detail.
- Are comfortable taking ownership of and coordinating your own tasks.
- Are proactive and comfortable working individually, as well as in a team.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
