Student Assistant, Product Presentation City: Copenhagen V Country/Region: DK Application Deadline: 11/22/2024 As a Student Assistant in Pandora Product Presentation team, you will have multiple tasks where innovative skills, a creative mindset and collaborative abilities are key. An interest in jewelry and a natural flare for trends and fashion is beneficial, but not a must. If you show initiative, you’ll have an opportunity to set your fingerprint on our Product Presentation deliverables throughout the world.
Your areas of responsibilities:
The Student Assistant is our team’s go-to person with knowledge of past, current and future jewelry collections and the PANDORA way of visual merchandising. You can expect the following job assignments:
- Graphic design and production support of the global product presentation guidelines
- Supporting the photography of displays to be used in guidelines
- Display activation and set-up in Pandora’s Global Office
- Manage our in-house jewelry stock
- Ensure proper handling of discontinued items
- Create product displays for internal and external events
- Support our Retail Department with ad hoc assignments
What is needed to succeed:
- You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or a master’s degree
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- A minimum basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication
- Ability to work independently and flexibly as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with several tasks during the day
- Highly organized and structured approach with attention to details
- Good English skills both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Retail and/or the jewelry business is a distinct advantage

Do you have a bubbly, energetic and smiling approach to your tasks and a flair for details in combination with an eye for product presentation? Then you might be just the person we are looking for. In PP you will experience busy workdays where the ability to shift between different tasks while keeping your head high in case of last-minute changes is key. We expect that you will work structurally, independently and detail oriented and use your good communication skills to keep the rest of the team up to date with your work.

Additional information:
