What’s in It for You?
As an intern at DESMI, you’ll gain hands-on experience in key HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Operations. You’ll work alongside a fun and supportive team at our headquarters in Nørresundby, Denmark. We value professionalism but never miss a chance for a good laugh. No task is too small, and everyone pitches in – you’ll be working closely with our whole team!

What You’ll Do:
Here’s a quick view into what your role as our HR Intern could look like:

Global Employer Branding:

• Help us plan and execute awesome Employer Branding activities.
• Build a toolkit and standards to boost our brand at all DESMI locations.

Global Recruitment:

• Support our global recruitment processes, from tools to leadership training.

Culture, Leadership, and People Development:

• Assist in rolling out learning and development projects, concepts, and training programs.
• Play a role in onboarding new team members.

HR Admin Support:

• Post job ads, schedule interviews, and help with recruitment tasks.
• Keep our HR templates, processes, and policy documents up to date.
• Prepare presentations and offer administrative support for our HR team.

What We’re Looking For:If you’re studying for a master’s degree in a business, Communications or relevant and have a real passion for HR, we want to hear from you! A love for recruitment, employer branding, and people development is a bonus. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• English fluency
• Solid business understanding
• MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
• Curiosity, creativity, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to tackle routine tasks with enthusiasm
• Be an innovative out of the box thinker

Previous experience in HR is great, but not required. We’re more interested in your potential and drive!

Compensation:
Please note that this is an unpaid internship. However, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources, Employer Branding and Recruitment while working with a dedicated team at DESMI, located in Nørresundby, Denmark. This opportunity is ideal for a Masters student going into their 3rd semester who is looking to enhance their skills and build their resume in a dynamic and supportive environment.
