The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is a 2-year journey tailored to your ambitions and skills. You will have 3 rotations in key departments to get hands-on experience leveraging technology and data analysis to drive financial innovation and performance. From day one, you’ll collaborate with experts, work on impactful projects, and be given autonomy to make a difference.

The Finance Track
In the Finance Track, you will dive into tech-driven business controlling and finance operations at MFT Energy. This track explores the dynamic intersection of finance and data, using cutting-edge technology in a global energy trading company.

As a Finance Graduate, you will:

• Gain in-depth insights into the financial practices in a global energy trading company
• Collaborate across teams to address challenges where finance, technology, and trading converge.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes using cutting-edge tools.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI and data-driven solutions into financial practices.

By the end of the program, you will be ready to lead transformative projects and processes that combine finance, data and trading

About you
We imagine you have a big interest in finance, data and smart solutions in a financial context. You have an analytical mindset, are comfortable taking ownership, and thrive in an environment that offers flexibility and responsibility. You’re eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to shared goals, knowing that unity is the key to success.

Moreover, you:

• Have completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field in 2024 or 2025.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
• Might be familiar with tools such as C#, SQL, PowerBI, PowerQuery, RPA and find coding and building models interesting
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it serves as our corporate language
