We have a student position available in our People & Culture team, offering 15-20 hours per week. A job where you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your competencies and grow your HR experience together with great colleagues.
Your problem-solving abilities, service mindset, and structured approach will be highly valued in this role. This position is flexible, fun and you will quickly be integrated into our company with lots of other young people.

At Scalepoint, you will meet a lot of dedicated and talented people. As our People & Culture Student Assistant, you will have the chance to work with various HR areas and own some HR tasks yourself. Your tasks and responsibilities will naturally develop over time as you grow and gain more insight into our organisation and our HR processes.
Your daily work will include the following:
- Support a positive onboarding experience for our new hires.
- Support our recruitment process.
- Own various HR operational tasks.
- Drive certain HR processes such as Engagement Survey.
- Draft internal communication to the organisation.
- Assist with initiatives within learning and development.
- Assist with various HR processes, such as people & organisational review.
- Assist the other members of the People & Culture Team.
