Performance Management
Performance Management in Danske Bank is part of the CFO area and organised by the various areas within the Group. The position we are offering is placed within the area supporting Group Functions as well as Business Customers and Personal Customers.
As a Student Assistant, you will join a dedicated Finance & Performance Management team and become part of a Performance Management community across Danske Bank. In the role, you will assist in various strategic analysis, performance management, and generally support of your colleagues within the team.
Depending on your skills and interests, we will aim to provide challenges supporting your development.
Main activities
- Preparing monthly financial reporting and key insights
- Facilitate the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) cycle
- Support dialogue and collaboration with various stakeholders both within CFO area and towards the Business Units
The right candidate is structured, focused and most importantly a team player. In addition, and to ensure a good match for this position, we imagine that you have:
- Interest in Finance & Performance Management
- Studied /studying at third-year bachelor or first-year master’s student in finance, economics or similar
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- An analytical mind-set and ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders with different areas of expertise
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
