Core Responsibilities
This is a key support role within our European sales team to ensure we are managing our sales channel with the highest standards of execution. We are looking for a student worker with high levels of energy and learning agility who is ready to get involved in channel management and the growth of our business. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn the inside workings of our sales channel in Europe and support the Regional Account Manager in developing the market and partner performance. Responsibilities will include:
- Follow up on, process and analyze forecast and sales performance data from +20 partners.
- Collect and process documentation on contract fulfillment from +20 partners across Europe on a bi-annual basis.
- General support for off-line and online events
Other ad hoc tasks: Relationship management support to ensure partners can leverage the best of our partner program as well as data management (updating partner contact details, contracts and business plans on CRM, changes to partner contact details on websites etc.

The Authorized Reseller team is responsible for contributing to the achievement of LEGO Education’s growth plans through a trade market model, where we drive the partner base to raise the bar in the activation of our solutions and execution of our go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will support the Regional Account Manager for Europe in ensuring that we manage the European sales channels with the highest standards of execution to enable Hands-on Learning to reach more classrooms and realize our full potential in this region. This student worker role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growth sales organization that is working with distributors across Europe to make a sustainable impact in the region.
Do you have what it takes?
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- University level student, with focus in a business-related field with focus in sales and/or marketing
- Strong basic IT skills across the Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience of sales and marketing environment
- Fluent English required
- European languages would be a bonus.
