About us
Millennial Consulting is a student-run management consultancy and program, belonging in the Student & Innovation House, Station. We provide strategy consulting services to start-ups and SMEs that seek help with their business, by matching them with ambitious students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project. We are supported by external mentors who are professional management consultants, and some of our student consultants and leadership team members have gone on to work in consulting themselves.

We are currently looking for members in the following departments to join our Leadership Team starting January/ February 2025

• Operations
• People and Recruitment
• Communications
• Partnerships

What we look for
You are a motivated student from a university in Denmark, who wants to join our Leadership Team to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal to bridge student consultants from a range of universities around Copenhagen with local start-ups and SMEs that are involved in environmental or social good.

As the new member, you will help with various tasks within your team and across the organization. Depending on the team you join, the tasks could range from making job postings, conducting interviews, creating content for Millennial SoMe or making sure the operations run smoothly by planning events and workshops.

We expect that:

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in managing projects
• You are interested in start-ups, SMEs and/or management consulting
• You have high analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• You are a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse team

Expect from us
We are a dynamic team consisting of different departments, ranging from communications, HR & recruitment, acquisition (Partnerships), and finance, to the operational aspects of running consulting projects. To make onboarding successful, you can expect from us:

• Hand over the documentation about the job descriptions of each department
• Possibility of shadowing our team, and participating in meetings and social events already from NOW
• Mentoring and practical advice from our alumni community and consultancy partners

Please note:

• It's an unpaid, volunteer position, taking up around 5-10 hours a week
• The position is primarily for students, but we also welcome recent graduates, who have the time
