Are you ready to shape the future of our Finance & Administration department? Moonboon is looking for a Head of Finance and Administration to collaborate closely with our COO in driving and developing this critical area in a fast-growing company.
Your Profile
- A detail-oriented and analytical problem-solver who ensures tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
- Strong affinity for IT systems and integrations.
- A natural optimizer who continuously improves processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA and Power Queries) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with capitalizing development costs, managing rental assets, and overseeing fixed establishments in other countries.
- Ready to lead our Finance & Admin team, currently consisting of yourself, a student assistant, and external collaborators.
Your Responsibilities
Financial Tasks
- Monthly reporting, budgeting, and controlling.
- Business intelligence development (PowerBI).
- Tax and VAT reporting and payments.
- Accounts payable management (Corpay), employee reimbursements (Pleo), and bookkeeping (e-conomic).
Operational Tasks
- System integration and IT infrastructure maintenance (e.g., Traede, Shopify, Pleo, payment providers, Webshipper, Corpay).
- Mapping and optimizing IT resources for future needs.
- Supporting departments with new systems and process implementations.
Administrative Tasks
- Onboarding/offboarding staff (IT equipment and systems).
- Payroll administration (Zenegy).
- Ensuring GDPR compliance using the Openli platform.

Graphic Design Intern THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a passionate graphic design intern to join our marketing team in Copenhagen. As a graphic design intern, you will closely collaborate with our art director and the rest of the branding & marketing team to strengthen the Moonboon brand.This unique opportunity allows you to join a young and ambitious company and gain firsthand experience in graphic design, UI design, video editing, and e-commerce. Your responsibilities will include creating online ad campaigns in multiple languages, video editing, creating mockups for our website and app, and making content for our social media channels. We will shape the position around what your strengths are as a designer and what you want to get better at.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Someone with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- A student of graphic design, multimedia design, concept development, or a related communication field.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
- Experience working with Figma is a plus.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
