Student Assistant for Biofueled Power Plants

Join us in this role where you’ll help fine-tune data accuracy, streamline invoicing and SAP entries, ensure tax compliance, verify biofuel sustainability, and drive process and month-end improvements.
Welcome to Global Contract Settlements
You’ll be part of Bioenergy team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for delivering timely settlement, accounting, and tax and financial reporting for the Danish heat and power plants. The Bioenergy team consist of six colleagues placed in Poland and Fredericia and have experience in the business varying from a couple of months to more than 25 years. As a team, we’ve created a workplace culture centred around teamwork and development through close collaboration with our colleagues and key stakeholders.
You’ll play an important role in:
- verifying sustainability in the handling of incoming biofuel invoices
- collecting accurate data related to volumes and prices for the settlement of district heating from combined heat and power plants
- invoicing for monthly settlements and ad hoc contracts recording settlements in SAP mainly using our upload tools, but also by manual booking.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are fluent in both spoken and written English and Danish
- thrive in a changing environment and take responsibility
- are self-driven and can work independently while also enjoying collaborating with colleagues across teams and national borders
- are currently pursuing a relevant bachelor degree.
