We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition Team Region Europe.
In this role, you will assist with various administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to recruiting, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will tag along on the recruitment process from A to Z, gaining great insight and experiences for your professional development.
Your responsibilities
- Assist Recruitment Specialist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to recruiting, as well as actively participating in day-to-day business
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms, including our internal recruitment system and LinkedIn
- Arrange interviews with candidates
- Support in various projects concerning recruiting in the region
- International work with local HR and Hiring Managers in European Group Companies (IGC)
- Researching various HR topics, as well as preparing information
You can help us with these qualifications
- Ongoing studies in business administration, economics, economic psychology or a comparable course of study
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in the recruitment area
- Possession of an international mindset with strong interest in developing international relationships with local HR and managers in European Group Companies (IGC)
- Fluency in English, any other additional European language is considered as a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related IT skills
We do not require previous work experience, but we expect you to be familiar with Microsoft Office and have a strong desire to learn. We believe you excel at being a collaborative team player, planning and streamlining your work, and managing your tasks independently with high attention to quality and detail.

About the student network
Our student network is for student assistants who are employed at MAN Energy Solutions. The purpose of the student network is to connect students in Denmark as well as establish strong academic and social relation across our different departments. Students partaking in the student network have the ability to influence the concept.
Where we need you
As a student assistant, you are expected to work 15 – 20 hours per week from our Copenhagen office at Teglholmsgade 41, 2450 København SV. We prioritize work-life balance and will make sure to accommodate your studies. We offer flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home at times.
Welcome to our HR International Europe department
You will join our dynamic and international team of colleagues who have recently established a regional recruiting center in Europe. Your close team will consist of two Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist based in Copenhagen. In addition, you will work closely the HR International Europe team in Augsburg and Paris as well as the local HR Managers of our IGC within Europe.
