PEAK Wind is looking for a Business Excellence Student Assistant with a flair for process optimisation, stakeholder management, and change management.

Internal Process Optimisation and Coordination
Based in Aarhus or Copenhagen you will join a team working with internal optimisation and coordination. You will report to the Business Excellence Manager while having your day-to-day coordination with a Specialist in the team.
More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:
- Developing and maintaining a solid catalogue of project management tools.
- Supporting key Document Management processes
- Internal coordination of processes, events, and reporting
- Maintaining our Information and Collaboration system, Microsoft SharePoint
- Various ad hoc tasks and projects with various stakeholders across the PEAK Wind organisation
- Assist in coordinating and ensuring the quality of internal company-wide communication.
As a Student Assistant, we expect that you can work between 15-20 hours a week with flexibility for your studies, especially during exam periods.
Interest in Process Optimisation, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management
Ideally, you are studying a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field. You are interested in process optimisation, stakeholder management, and change management. To succeed in the role, you must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong communication skills. You must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, service-minded, proactive, adaptive, and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. It motivates you to find solutions that improve ways of working and you can understand the needs of various stakeholders. You enjoy being in an international setting and like to work with stakeholder management.
