Considering that Token Me System is handed over to OHPT HSE Department, our HSE Student Helper is in charge of assisting with the new Token Me system for 40% of the working time.
It contains all the necessary works to ensure smooth service on tokens.
Need to inform subcontractors properly about opening hours of service desk and supporting induction courses held by AMK.
Responding to Token Me Notification accordingly.
Update the agreed documents frequently on BIM 360. Covering with OHPT HSE Officer during holidays.
Educating new staff trainees in relation with Token Me.
Needs to forsee the number of required Tokens and request new Tokens to Token Me at least 2 month before.
After the full distribution and swap, will announce to workers that from a certain date everyone needs to have Token to enter the site.
All documents need to be uploaded on BIM 360 as agreed and updated frequently.
Provide administrative support to the OHPT health, safety and environment department.
Coordinate and ensure document management and data entry of HSE files under various information systems as part of the BIM 360 Systems – Construction Software.
Essential responsibilities for this job are adhering to safety procedures, identifying hazardous elements, training employees on safety matters, developing safety manuals and guidelines.
Activities Coordination Files, to prepare excel file and the power point file containing the activities planned every week.
Responsible for the allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with Manager. Must carry out duties to the best of ability, having consideration for the needs of colleagues, the organisation (OHPT) and its clients.
Additional activities as needed.
