How you will make an impact
We are looking for a new Student Assistant to join our ambitious IT Support team. As our new student assistant in IT Support you are excited about ensuring good service and user experience in our IT ServiceDesk together with your team. You will get a central role in the daily IT-support and your primary task will be to support our users and ensure high quality.
This position offers you the possibility to learn and build a strong foundation for working in IT – if you are curious and have a can-do attitude.

A typical day for you
- Handling IT hardware to and from our colleagues globally.
- Registration, image, de-registration, cleaning of IT hardware for reuse or sale.
- Warehouse structure in our 3 small local warehouses with continuous stock counting and ordering goods to stock.
- On-site support at HQ (workstation setup or light troubleshooting)
We imagine you have the following qualifications
- You hold experience, interest or an education as an IT-supporter, IT-technician or similar.
- Experience with a wide selection of IT hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Windows, Office 365, and Azure.
- You are service-minded and good at providing a high level of customer service.
- You are still curious to learn new things and acquire knowledge about new technologies and opportunities.
- You are proficient in English and Danish.
