A bit about the team
You will be part of the Portfolio Services team, which is part of Global Marketing. It is an international team, which is spread over 3 countries, and takes care of the global production of merchandise items, product packaging for our hearing aids, marketing production, the creation of technical documents like user guides, product registration services, and special projects.
As a Student Assistant in Portfolio Services, you will be working with internal stakeholders such as other Global Marketing colleagues, IT, and Procurement, as well as external suppliers.
A bit about the role
Some of your key tasks could include:
- Support the day-to-day business of the global merchandise and product dummy production and product packaging management, and potentially other sub teams
- Assist in digital transformation projects such as the implementation of new and optimization of existing digital tools: taking over workstreams within those projects and project management office tasks
- Create various training materials and support with creating management presentations
The working hours are 10-15 hours a week, and we will naturally be flexible in exam periods.
A bit about you
You might be studying a bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree in marketing, business administration, management, or similar field of study.
We do not expect you to have any previous experience in the exact areas of the team but value the right personality and are therefore looking for the following in you:
- At least one previous relevant work experience in industry, consulting, or a marketing agency
- Able to work independently, willing to go the extra mile and to take own responsibility
- Structured and reliable worker
- Strategic thinker, good analytical skills, ability to get familiar with new topics fast
- Thriving in a highly international cross-functional working environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- The corporate language is English. You need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish is not a necessity
