This job is ideal for a student worker who is eager to gain a broad experience within an IT department while assisting across multiple functions. You will support administrative, organizational and project-related tasks, offering hands-on exposure to IT processes, project management and business operations.
Your opportunities as a student worker with us are many and wide as we are still in the process of building and constituting our entire IT organisation. Our former student worker worked with tasks such as contract management, business partnering, compliance, data and project management. You will also be working within some of these areas. New areas might evolve underway.
Some of the key responsibilities could be:
Contract Management
- Assist in maintaining our data in our contract management system.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers about data in our contract management system.
- Track contract timelines and ensure renewals or reviews are flagged promptly.
- Become a super user in our contract management system and thereby support our business units, when help is needed.
Project Portfolio Coordination
- Support the maintenance of the project portfolio dashboard and documentation.
- Aid in organizing project review sessions and capturing key action items.
PI-Planning Assistance
- Help plan, schedule, and coordinate PI (Program Increment) planning meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
- Provide logistical and administrative support during planning sessions.
Business Partnering
- Support on demand intake/start up of new projects from the business units.
- Development of new processes and ways of working.
- Support on various ad-hoc tasks.
Change Management
- Maintenance of the Athene sharepoint site.
- AI video creation.
- Maintenance of templates, roadmaps, charts etc.
- Support on various ad-hoc tasks.
- Conduct interviews.
What we expect from you
First and foremost, we expect you to be curious about what IT is and hungry to learn and translate theory into practice. You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. We are probably studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at the University in Aarhus, e.g. within HA.merc/cand.merc, HA.jur/Cand.merc.jur, Business Administration, Digital Business Management or something similar. The start date is at the beginning of 2025 by agreement.
