How will you make an impact:

• Collaborate closely with departments across AFI to uncover business process optimization opportunities.
• Transform business needs into project proposals by working closely with stakeholders.
• Engage with Arla IT Agile Release Trains to design solutions and plan deliveries.
• Support the AFI IT Development team in workshops and various project initiatives.
• Take ownership of how we communicate IT achievements across the organization.

What will make you successful?

Your curiosity and eagerness to learn are fundamental to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You have an ability to dive deep into- and break down complex business needs. Additionally, you apply an analytical approach to effectively translate business needs into IT solutions.

We imagine that you:

• Are finalizing your last year on your Bachelor study program or just started your Masters preferably within Information Technology (e.g., ITKO), Data Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Will be studying for at least 1-2 more years - please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.
• Can communicate effectively in English – both spoken and written

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
