Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic bright individual to join the
E-commerce team at By Malene Birger to assist with customer service and online activities. The role requires strong understanding of customers’ needs coupled with commercial knowledge to help maximize trade opportunities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to,
- Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Handle customer inquiries via voice calls, email and chat
- Communicate with customers and assist in giving the best service and outcome possible to ensure we are maximizing customer satisfaction and operational
excellence - Execute daily E-commerce operations
- Assist with reporting of the E-commerce performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist with campaigns and email marketing, using data knowledge to ensure performance yet maintaining brand image
- Support with product data
Skills & Requirements
- Commercial customer-first mindset with strong understanding of premium branding
- Extremely service-minded and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent English
- Detail-orientated and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management
skills - Proactive and highly motivated team player
- Flexible with working schedule depending on campaign activities and peak periods

Position: The job is paid by the hour with a working week of app. 15 hours
