The role is in the Lifecycle Management team, which is part of Global Operations & Supply Chain. It is an international team, with team members in two locations. We are the end-to-end product owners within Operations, driving launch excellence and driving portfolio discussions.
As a Student Assistant in Lifecycle Management, you will join a global team and will be working with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
What you will do
- Launch readiness: Support the team to ensure that launch activities are progressing as planned
- Launch Planning Process: Support the Launch Planning Process by helping to track and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Portfolio: Support in collecting and structuring data to enable structured decision-making
- Ways of working: Assist in the execution of lifecycle management processes across different sites and brands, ensuring harmonized ways-of-working
It is expected that you will be able to work 10-15 hours per week with less workload in exam and vacation periods. Working from home is a possibility, but it is expected that you will be in office during the onboarding period to ensure You have met all relevant colleagues in HQ and understand the company and scope of the role.

- At least one previous relevant work experience in industry or consulting
- Able to work independently, willing to go the extra mile and to take own responsibility
- Structured and reliable worker
- Strategic thinker, good analytical skills, ability to get familiar with new topics fast
- Thriving in a highly international cross-functional working environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- The corporate language is English. You need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish is not a necessity
