Student Worker, Lead Development Representative

We are looking for our next colleague to drive our qualification of new customer leads. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for lead generation and qualification, with a particular focus on leveraging events and our website as lead sources. As a Lead Development Representative (LDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, evaluating their needs, and effectively distributing quali-fied leads to our sales organization.

You will join our Customer Experience team. As part of this team, you play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our leads qualification process to optimize our revenue stream. Your main responsibility will be:

  • To secure a high-quality lead qualification of incoming leads (from events and website) and dis-tributing these to your sales colleagues in the region

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:

  • Prospecting, researching, and identifying new leads by using a variety of approaches.
  • While you won't have face-to-face customer interactions, you will have the opportunity to in-teract with customers over the phone, building relationships and providing valuable insights.
  • Moving prospects through the top of the sales funnel by setting appointments with the sales team.
  • Identifying key decision makers within these prospects.
  • Engaging proactively with and coordinating with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Capturing all relevant information in Salesforce with strong attention to detail.
  • Managing the team inbox to answer and route inquiries to the appropriate team.

What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:

  • The ideal candidate is a Bachelor or Master level student.
  • You are an easy-going, well-spoken, and ambitious individual. You speak English fluently, plus other languages preferably German, Middle East or Eastern Europe fluently. It is a plus if you speak multiple languages.
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience is preferred. Sales experience can be diverse and acquired from various sources, and if you have experience with outbound phone calls it is an additional advantage.

Please note that the position is on-site at our headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark, and requires that you hold a valid Danish work visa.
