Student Assistant, Project Delivery - Aarhus

How will you make an impact?
You will join our Project Delivery team, where large IT projects within Supply Chain are run by a large team of IT project managers. As a Student Assistant you will support the management and IT project managers within the team with challenging tasks ranging from administrative tasks, ad hoc tasks to actively contributing to the development of the area and helping us lead the way forward.

In particular, your tasks include:

• Support project status reporting to stakeholders
• Setup projects in Azure Devops and other tools
• Extract and validate financials from SAP
• Make guides for various processes and systems
• Update financials for department costs on a monthly basis
• Preparing and coordinating internal and external presentations and events
• Participating in day-to-day operations and governance
• Performing administrative tasks

What will make you successful?
You have a natural flair for communication, finance and good collaboration skills. You need to be able to work independently and be a team player. As a person, you enjoy taking on new challenges and can manage multiple tasks at once, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Don’t worry if you are not a master in all of above tasks; we will make sure to onboard you.

Further, we expect you to:

• Have a genuine interest in project management and willingness to develop insights in areas such as IT, finance and communication
• Be outgoing and professional as you will work with many stakeholders
• Have strong communication skills and proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Be available to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
• Be enrolled on a relevant education within the area.

Please note that enrollment in a study program in Denmark is a requirement.
