Student Worker for Customer Operations

Systematic

Do you have a passion for increasing the value of IT systems in, for example, the healthcare sector? Can you make technical messages easily understandable? Do you have a flair for IT? If so, we have the perfect job for you!

Bridge-builder between developers and users
As a Student Worker in our Customer Operations team, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of, for example, our Columna Cura product, which is one of the most advanced healthcare platforms on the market. Every day, Columna Cura is used by healthcare professionals in more than 30 municipalities in Denmark to provide a complete overview of the tasks in hand and the citizens with whom they are in contact.

The team and your key tasks
You will be part of Cura Operations, a team focusing on troubleshooting any errors that arise when software is released. You will act as the link between the developers and users, and you will be involved in adapting the technical documentation produced by the development team for users in the healthcare sector. As the system’s users and the development team use two different systems for documentation, your job will also be to ensure that the two systems are synchronised when updates are implemented in either system. In performing your work, you will also gain an insight into ITIL operating processes, focusing on problem and incident management.

In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:

  • Documentation in the systems Jira and Cherwell and ensure that the two systems are synchronized
  • Convert technical documentation from the development team into user-oriented documentation
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Produce written material for documenting bug fixes
  • Translation of documentation in both Danish and English
  • Assist application development managers with other ad hoc tasks

The position will involve 10-15 hours of work a week, and we are, of course, flexible in relation to your studies.

Are you our new colleague?
We envisage that you have at least one year left of your studies in any relevant subject, with a good understanding of IT and good communication skills. At the same time, we would like someone who:

  • Open to learning new things and not afraid to ask questions
  • Structured and have a keen eye for detail
  • Are able to work independently, and to structure your own working day in line with our corporate philosophy of ‘freedom with responsibility’
  • Knowledge of Jira and Cherwell is an advantage, but not essential
  • You speak and write Danish and English fluently and thrive in an international working environment

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

In addition, you can also look forward to becoming part of our student network – Studematic. Our interns and student workers also highlight our canteen, which serves a variety of delicious and healthy dishes each day. Finally, we are always up for a friendly game of padel at our new padel court in Aarhus!
