Internship, IT Communications in Legal Operations - Aarhus

For the fall semester of 2025 we are looking for a Master student to join our Legal Operations team for a full-time internship. We are looking for an intern with experience within IT, Project Management, Change Management, and who can engage with various stakeholders, be advantageous, along with a natural flair for digitalization. The Legal Operations function is recently established and you will be working with experienced colleagues where your capabilities and value to the team is highly respected.

How you will make an impact
As our intern, you will support the team in a variety of tasks and assignments related to the way we work and deliver our services to the business. Your outlined responsibilities could include:

• Drive and support the continued development of collaboration, knowledge sharing, process optimization within the legal department and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Facilitate change management

• Enhance adoption, incl. implementation of updates and new features of our growing technology stack, incl. but not limited to Document Management System, Matter Management and Contract Lifecycle Management system.

• Build or enhance processes and automatic workflows, e.g. through Microsoft Power Platform

• Support data generation and reporting in Microsoft PowerBI for informed decision-making, efficiency gains and in support of stakeholder conversations for our legal team members.

What will make you successful?
We are looking for a candidate who thrive in a dynamic environment with managing multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously. In order to succeed in this position, you will need to:

• Have good analytical skills

• Be able to stay organized, structured and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders

• Have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English

• Sound experience with the MS O365 suite, including Sharepoint, PowerAutomate and PowerBI,

• Be highly collaborative, curious, and have an open-minded attitude
