Would you like to gain valuable practical experience within Finance and FP&A in one of the most successful companies in Denmark?
Then a 4–6-month internship in the Finance Department at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus is just the right thing for you. The internship is scheduled for Autumn 2025 and will start the 18th of August.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As an intern you will get valuable practical experience with FP&A finance processes (planning, reporting, controlling, and business partnering) and business intelligence.
The FP&A department is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to support data-driven decision-making. We ensure that financial processes are transparent, standardised, and future-oriented to enable sustainable growth. The department is a small team of 8 colleagues, which gives you the opportunity to participate in many tasks and projects across the department.

WHAT YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL BE ABOUT
Your internship will focus on deep diving into budgeting processes and assisting with financial reporting within a dynamic international environment. You will work on a project aimed at evaluating the efficiency of the current budgeting process and exploring modern budgeting practices.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- analyse budgeting processes
- provide insights on modern (state of the art) budgeting techniques and theories
- evaluating and supporting the use and optimisation of the budgeting system
- support maintaining Corporate and Self-Service BI tools
- support in train users on BI tools and budgeting
- ensure quality of management reports
- perform ad hoc financial tasks and reporting.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for an Intern who:
- studies a degree in Economics or Finance
- has a way with numbers and quickly masters complex systems
- can perform tasks efficiently and effectively
- finds multi-tasking to be second nature
- has a deep interest in budgeting, both from a theoretical and practical viewpoint
- is good at communicating in English
