Student Assistant, Group Marketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Assistant to join the Group Marketing/ Group Public Affairs team in Carlsberg Group, more specifically in the area of Responsible Drinking, where we work with creative marketing and innovation projects and our ESG agenda Together Towards Zero and Beyond.

What you'll be doing
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Marketing Manager for Responsible Drinking with various ad hoc tasks and ongoing projects
• Maintaining and developing our SharePoint pages and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
• Create a bi-monthly newsletter for Group and market functions
• Support in creating relevant social media content for the Group channels
• Assist with creative tasks such as campaign briefings and presentations
• Portfolio analysis and opportunity mapping
• Reporting
• Creating Purchase Orders

As a person you are driven and continuously strive for results. You are a fast learner and ask the right questions to get the task done right and in accordance with the deadline. You are flexible, service minded and can adjust to the situation and requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and a focus on succeeding together with others.

Furthermore, we imagine that you are:

• outgoing, positive, and have a “can-do” attitude
• currently pursuing a higher education within Brands Marketing, Communication, Strategy, Public Affairs or similar
• able to focus and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
• structured with a good eye for details
• able to work well in a team, but can take responsibility for your own tasks
• are not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo
• fluent in English both the spoken and in writing and are skilled in MS Office
