About the job
We are looking for a curious and engaged student to join our developing, creative, and progressive Global Employer Branding team in our Head Office in Hørsholm; a building you will share with 600 colleagues from around the world. Our team’s goal is to brand VELUX as a great place to work, and we do it with all kinds of activities and communication, both small and large scale, around the world.

Our team consists of a manager, three global Employer Branding Consultants, and a student assistant also based in Hørsholm.

We’re currently working on a global employee advocacy program, as well as sharpening the narrative and visual expression of our employer brand even further, and we also work on all kinds of recruitment marketing initiatives like implementing video-based candidate communication across the organization. And we need you to be part of it.

Our team is characterized by its fun and outgoing nature. We talk and laugh a lot, we support each other, and we prioritize developing our team culture.

As a student assistant in our team, your tasks will include to:

• Assist in coordinating our attendance to career fairs in Denmark
• Assist in updating our global Employer Value Proposition
• Assist in developing our global employee advocacy program
• Write and send career newsletters to students outside VELUX
• Record and edit small videos (no experience needed)

Who are you?
The ideal candidate is currently studying at bachelor level in a program within HR, communications, brand management, marketing, but we are open to alternatives. We would like you to speak, read and write English well as we are an international, global organization. We have absolutely no preferences of your nationality, gender, or movie preferences. Please come as you are. We do. It is important to us that you are interested in employer branding as a discipline, and curious and motivated to explore what it includes.

In this paid student role, you will work for an average of 15 hours per week and obtain a wide understanding of what it is like working for a large, international organization.

You will gain experience working in the multi-faceted field of employer branding, which includes elements of internal- and external corporate communications, marketing, brand management, recruitment, and more.
