Being an intern at Actona Group
We know that no two education programs are the same, just as students' preferences for their internship can vary, which is why we customize your internship with us according to your education, your assignment and your preferences. As an intern at Actona, it is important that you gain as much insight into our organization as possible so that you understand the processes that form the basis for the daily work. It is also a high priority that you get the opportunity to write a relevant and exciting assignment about a given issue at Actona.

What you can expect as an
The internship program is divided into several modules, and each module includes exchanges where you get to experience other departments that will enhance your business understanding. We focus on your professional and personal development, which is why the program also includes participation in selected learning sessions. The topics will vary, but can for example be change management, presentation techniques, conflict management etc. Please note that the learning sessions are only offered for internships longer than six months.

As an intern at Actona Group, you will be given a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to strengthen your understanding of our business. Among other things, you will have the opportunity to:

• Dive into our products: Get a detailed insight into how our products are developed and produced.
• Work with processes and systems: Get familiar with the processes and IT solutions that support our everyday life and the growth of the company.
• Contribute to concrete projects: Work across departments and take responsibility for projects that are important for the development of the company.
• Development and evaluation: Your manager will provide continuous feedback on your tasks and help you develop your skills, both on an individual and team-oriented level.

Who are you?
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive intern who wants to learn and contribute to a strong team. You have a relevant education, preferably in a commercial field, and you are passionate about gaining practical experience. It is important that you want to take responsibility, work well in teams and thrive in an everyday life with many different projects.

We appreciate that you are:

• Eager to learn: You are motivated to learn new things and put theory into practice.
• Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and take an active part in group tasks.
• Communicative: You can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, as we work in an international environment.

What about the future?
We always hope that our interns will continue at Actona after the program or come back to us after graduation. At Actona, the opportunities are many, and some of our former employees who joined the company during their education are now product managers, buyers and project coordinators at Actona, while in the sales department they have become external salespeople, team leaders, assistants and coordinators.

Application deadline: We look at internship opportunities on an ongoing basis, while all our apprentices start together on September 1st every year. When applying, we would like you to be very precise in your description of education, internship period, areas of interest, etc.
