Structured and service-minded HR Student Worker

Join our team as a student worker and play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment partners and hiring managers.

You will play an important role in: Together with 3 other student workers, you will be part of the TA Support Team, which is a supportive function within Talent Acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Supporting the recruitment partners with administrative tasks
• Preparing documents related to the recruitment process
• Arranging interviews with candidates and preparing materials for second interviews
• Proof-reading and publishing job ads
• Searching for qualified candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Various ad-hoc tasks related to recruiting such as guidelines, PowerPoints and translations
• Assisting with the creation of Purchase Order forms

The role is very important to the Talent Acquisition team, and you will tag along on the recruitment process from A to Z, gaining great insight and experiences for your professional development. As a student worker, you are expected to work 15 – 20 hours per week from our Copenhagen office at Teglholmsgade 41, 2450 København SV, with the possibility to work from home at times.

We imagine that you: We do not expect you to have previous work experience, however, we imagine you are familiar with Microsoft Office, and that you have a desire to learn. Furthermore, we expect that you have a good understanding of systems and services. We imagine that you are excellent at:

Similarly, we imagine that you are able to manage your tasks independently with high attention to quality and details. Furthermore, you master both written and spoken Danish and English.
