We are looking for a Working Student in Human Resources (HR) for our Nordics Region based in Copenhagen or Stockholm

The Impact You Will Have
HR in Allianz Commercial Nordics is part of the Benelux & Nordics Region, and we are based in Central Copenhagen. We are a diverse team that covers our offices in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

As our new HR Working Student, you will be part of a small and highly professional HR team dealing with most aspects of Personnel matters locally but in an international context within Allianz.

You will be working an average 15 hours a week within normal office hours and with respect of your schedule.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Support global HR reporting efforts

• HR systems maintenance

• Data maintenance and archiving

• On and off boarding employee support

• Planning of initiatives like for instance first aid courses, well-being or CSR initiatives

• Updating of local policies and guidelines

• Looking into new legislation and its potential impact

• Preparing paperwork for recruitments

• Sharing of job postings internally and on LinkedIn/Social Media in general

• Driving local HR team meetings

• And potentially much more depending on your interests and forces

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• You are studying business adminstration, business psychology or similar relevant for a future role in HR.

• You have a genuine interest in HR and to hold an HR relevant position where you can make a difference.

• You have a strong eye for detail and you deliver in a timely manner.

• You have high integrity and understand the meaning of confidentiality and keeping information close within the HR team.

• You understand the importance of data accuracy and feel good when things are in immaculate order.

• You work independently, take responsibility and ownership, honour commitments and like to go the extra mile.

• You are fluent in English and have excellent writing skills. If you are also fluent in Danish or Swedish this wil be seen as an advantage.

• You have a friendly and helpful can-do attitude.

Further Information:

• Duration at least a minimum of 1 year (preferably longer!)

• Working hours: 15 hours/week

• Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
