Student Worker with interests in Real Estate Project Management

Calling motivated students who wants to support in “The Valley Campus” project, the planning of the new Danish campus of MAN-ES Denmark in Trekroner, Roskilde. Gain some outstanding experience in the real estate development and project works!

We are looking for support for our project team to assist in all organizational topics of a real estate project. Are you studying your major in the real estate sector, architecture, engineering or similar maybe have first experience with project work and/or a super good organizer? Then this is a perfect fit for you!

You will play an important role in:

• Working in an international project team.
• Assisting the project team in the preparation and coordination of various phases of the campus development project.
• Assist in the planning and documentation of project activities, including meeting protocols and scheduling.
• Support in the financial control of coordinate receiving invoices.
• Communication between the project participants and stakeholders of the project
• Monitoring project timelines and helping the team stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

We imagine that you:

• You are currently studying at a university min. 5th semester Bachelor or Master students.
• You have good communication skills of written and spoken English, Danish is an advantage.
• You have a strong interest in project work and real estate development.
• You like to organize, are detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• You are proactive, motivated and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• You have experience with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Outlook) is an advantage.
• You are curious and engaged to learn and contribute ideas to improve the project.
