Student Transformation Consultant

Do you want to help guarding the operating model for how we are overseeing and steer ~5.000 IT and business-minded colleagues through well-tested and effective processes? We are looking for engaged and skilled student to join our team, anchored in Better Ways of Working CoE who is overall responsible for our agile operating model across the bank. We are situated in Transformation & Strategy in the Technology & Services organisation.

Student transformation consultants with high ambitions
You will become a part of a newly established team mandated to support the overseeing of our agile operating model. This include how our development teams across the bank are maturing and developing, how we are ramping up and monitor if our teams are living up to the design principles and criteria for efficient agile execution. We´ll be collaborating with stakeholders across the bank, Tribes and Domain teams giving you a broad understanding around how such a large bank is coordinating and align efforts to ensure the success of our overall strategy.

In addition, we will monitor, refine and mature frameworks and guidelines for Danske Bank to make sure that we always have the most efficient organisation. As part of defining and guiding how the development organisation works, we collaborate closely with Group Strategy around insights on strategic steering and tracking and are furthermore closely connected to the work of our agile coaches that enable the transformational changes needed in the organisation. In addition, we are preparing and facilitating various stakeholder session enabling alignment and implementation of changes.

What we are looking for in you – Curiosity and proactivity
You will be the first student in the team, focusing on supporting our consultants with data analysis, delivering processes, and improving existing strategic projects. Moreover, the role will also entail various ad-hoc tasks to support our team.

We believe in learning by doing, so we do not expect you to have a lot of experience, but you need to be eager to learn and develop yourself. We are looking for someone who is data driven and has an interest in problem solving as well as delivering quality work in a timely manner. The right candidate is currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree and has:

• Experience in Excel
• Experience with PowerPoint presentations
• Solid English skills, both spoken and written (as this is our corporate language)
• Experience or willingness to learn other data analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).

We expect you would be able to work 15-20 hours per week with mutual flexibility. We will of course provide you with extra flexibility during exam periods.
