Student Worker, Cross-Franchise Marketing

Job Description
Are you strong in stakeholder management and have a structured approach to your work?
We’re looking for a student worker with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure an aligned approach to Intellectual Property partner submissions and help on day-to-day marketing deliveries. Join our Cross-Franchise Marketing team in the Global Product and Marketing Development (PMD) and be part of a team with 23 dedicated and passionate colleagues all located in Billund.

Core Responsibilities
Together with our other student workers, you will support our department in ensuring that marketing assets are being submitted to our various Intellectual Property partners for approval. You will also support various Marketing deliveries such as Selling-in deliveries and business case maintenance.

Primary tasks will be:

  • Submit marketing assets for Intellectual Property partners as well as go through feedback.
  • Ensure our partners are keeping their deadlines.
  • Help the Cross-Franchise Marketing team on day-to-day related Marketing deliveries, e.g. business cases and selling-in material.
  • Creation or finalization of PPT decks.
  • Watermarking of highly confidential products.

Besides being ambitious and eager to learn, you are helpful and known as a team player, who can collaborate with colleagues from around the organization. Moreover, you are structured and strive to help optimize the way we work. Your background:

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • You are well on your way with a relevant academic education (e.g. Cand.Merc), and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University or Business School during 2025. ​
  • You have a good understanding of marketing, and it is an advantage if your studies include relevant marketing and business courses.
  • We're working with tight deadlines, and you will need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • You have an eye for details.
  • You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • You have a proactive approach to tasks and can work independently.
  • Excellent in English, both oral and written.

Start date and working hours
Start date is ideally April 1st, 2025. Workload will be around 15 hours a week. Your primary working space is Billund, but there are opportunities to work from home to accommodate school.
