Er du en af Studenterlaugets tonye Aktivitetsansvarlige? Studenterlauget er Danmarks største studenterdrevne organisation, hvis formål er at skabe det mest attraktive studiemiljø på Aarhus BSS. Vi ønsker at hjælpe studerende til en bedst mulige start på karrieren gennem erhvervsrelevante jobs, hvor tidligere erfaring på ingen måde er et krav, men noget vi tilbyder. Er du kreativ, smilende og vild med projekthåndtering- og eksekvering? Vil du være med til at hjælpe med planlægningen af Danmarks Største Rusuge- og tur? Er du i stand til at arbejde under pres og klar på at være medansvarlig for ca. 1000 nye studerende? I tæt samarbejde med vores Rusuge- og Rusturansvarlige, har du som Aktivitetsansvarlig ansvaret for at skabe rammerne for en lang række aktiviteter målrettet de nye studerende samt instruktors. Disse aktiviteter rækker lige fra case løsning til den berømte iPod Battle, og giver mulighed for at du kan sætte dit præg på traditionerne i Rusugen og på Rusturen. Our goal is to help students kick-start their careers by offering business- relevant jobs - no prior experience is required, as we provide all the training you need. As an Activity Manager, you will work closely with our Introduction Week and Intro Trip Managers to organize a wide range of activities for new students and instructors. These activities include everything from case- solving challenges to the famous iPod Battle, giving you the opportunity to leave your mark on Introduction Week and the Intro Trip traditions. Are you creative, outgoing, and passionate about project management and execution? Do you want to help plan Denmark’s largest Introduction Week and Intro Trip? Can you handle high-pressure situations and take responsibility for approximately 1,000 new students? We offer: - - - - - - The chance to shape the traditions of Introduction Week and the Intro Trip Valuable experience in project management, coordination, and partner relations A challenging role with significant responsibility The opportunity to develop your communication and leadership skills A chance to expand your social and professional network The opportunity to plan social activities over the summer, the annual BA Case, and various events during both Introduction Week and the Intro Trip We expect that you: - - - - - Have previous experience as an instructor at Studenterlauget Can remain calm under pressure Are proactive and take initiative Are enthusiastic, creative, and responsible Are available to participate in the following events: Introduction Day on June 21, Instructor Days from August 20-22, Introduction Week from August 25-27, Intro Trip from September 26-28 The workload will vary throughout the period, with the busiest time leading up to Introduction Week and the Intro Trip.
