Student Assistant, Ecommerce Operations

As part of Global Ecommerce Operations, you’ll be part of the global retail team, supporting the Bang & Olufsen business on a wide scale.

This is a Student Assistant position, open to students studying at a Danish university and with availability to work 15-20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the order flow from the customer places an order until we deliver the parcel – and return.
• QA on Ecom operations to ensure friction free ecommerce purchase journey.
• Identify business or optimization opportunities to improve our technical and commercial setup to ensure a smoother customer experience.
• Act as primary stakeholder towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecasting and following-up on Ecom product stock, to ensure stock coverage across the globe.
• Set up, maintain and report on discounts, campaigns and collaborations.

You’ll play an important role in the team and contribute equally with your team members while at the same time focus on your development and personal growth as part of the Student Assistant group at Bang & Olufsen.

What you bring
We imagine you aim to graduate from your master’s degree in 2027. The specific field of study can vary, however, studying in the business, engineering, or data analysis field will be highly relevant for our team.

Moreover, you bring:

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written – It’s our everyday language.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and perhaps an Ecom platform.
• A motivated and confident attitude allows you to take responsibility and make decisions on your own.
• A basic knowledge of JSON-objects or the will to learn.
• The capability of asking for support when needed.
• A proactive and collaborative spirit.
• The ability to see beyond data and identify the underlying trends.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
