Visual Communication Internship, fall 2025

Are you passionate about visual communication and improving user and customer experience? Are you looking for an internship in an international company to put your knowledge and theory of visual communication into practice?
BEUMER Group seeks an intern to support our Documentation, Standardisation and Language team with our internal and external communicative efforts. We work with various parts of our global organization, external stakeholders, and a diverse range of customers, including Nike, Amazon, and international airports.

Design your own project
We are a team that interfaces with many parts of our global organization, with many external stakeholders and with a wide variety of customers. Our team is based in Aarhus, and we have a sister team in Germany; together, we interface with engineers, software developers, project managers, third-party suppliers, consultants, and customers worldwide. This diverse interaction helps us create comprehensive and effective technical communication.

As an intern, you’ll have the flexibility to design your own project within visual communication. We are passionate about innovation and continuously seek to improve our processes and outputs, and we look forward to your contribution. We imagine that your project could be:

• To create engaging visual content like videos or animations for our digital solutions to our customers.
• To design communication initiatives to align product usage and work processes internally in BEUMER Group.
• To use your knowledge to present our team’s efforts globally.

You will gain insights into producing, managing, and presenting state-of-the-art technical information and hands-on experience with digital communication in a global organization.

You will have a dedicated mentor to support you throughout the internship, and you will join a team of interns across the organization, taking part in social events, where you can get to know each other as well as share your experiences.

We are looking for an intern who is currently enrolled in a relevant study program and are available to start your internship in August 2025. The internship is paid and will last for appr. 5 months – the exact period will be agreed with your manager.
