Do you aspire to a career in HR? Would you like to play an active role in ensuring the best talent acquisition process for new employees in BEUMER Group? Then, an internship with us might be something for you.
You will join a group of 15 colleagues in a dynamic People & Culture department, where we all are specialists within different HR functions for BEUMER Group Denmark. Despite having each our own specialist field, we value collaboration and sparring as well as an informal working environment with room for humour.
Attracting new talents to BEUMER Group
Your internship will be based on tasks within talent acquisition, where you will be involved in different processes within internal/external employer branding, pre-boarding and recruiting. You will have your own tasks with plenty of opportunity to showcase your communicative competencies and leaving your mark on our processes. More specifically, your tasks will be to:
- Support and participate in the planning of our participation in career fairs
- Maintain and further develop our selection of employer branding materials
- Maintain and further develop our pre-boarding process and platform
- Administer internal surveys and general follow-up on recruitments etc.
- Support the planning and communication of People & Culture projects during the year.
- Other ad hoc tasks
During the internship, you will furthermore explore tasks within other specialist fields in HR, and you will have the chance to work with an independent project within employer branding.
A chance to kickstart your career
You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout the internship, and you will join a team of interns across the organization, taking part in social events, where you can get to know each other as well as share your experiences.
You are currently studying a degree related to communication, HR or strategy and management. On a personal note, you have a knack for creating structure, are self-driven and service minded and finally you have an interest in learning HR disciplines.
You are available to start your internship in August 2025. The internship is paid and will last for appr. 5 months. We prefer a candidate who can start as a Student Worker during the spring and then transition into the internship.
