In the role as Student Assistant in the Unified Identity and Access Management department (UIM), you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will mainly focus on establish overviews, structures, process and documents contributing to standardization within the department.
The Team You Will be Part of
You will be part of the Unified Identity and Access Management team, consisting of highly specialized and experienced individuals within several areas of the IAM field, e.g. PKI and User access management. You will work closely with architects and specialist in the team as well as other business stakeholders. We can ensure you a good atmosphere and team spirit in the department, where collaboration is valued. The team consists of people localized in Denmark, Poland and Germany.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Assist in documenting the service overview and investigating the types of tasks handled by the UIM team.
- Develop and maintain a yearly wheel of activities to ensure timely execution of departmental tasks.
- Support the standardization of activities, processes, and changes within the UIM department.
- Draft and maintain documentation templates for various UIM solutions, processes and procedures.
- Assist in updating the backlog with relevant information and tasks and statuses.
- Follow up on intake requests with the Technical Project Owner (TPO) to ensure alignment and timely processing.
- Assist the team with assignments and tasks related to support, operations and projects.
- Collaborating closely with the QA and Compliance department to ensure compliance and quality standards are met according to e.g. documentation and procedures
- Ability to support initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the UIM department.
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you
- Are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration).
- Have a basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
- Possess good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- Can engage collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Have a detail-oriented and structured approach to tasks and solid organizational skills.
