Internship: Communication Consultant for Healthcare services

Join a dedicated and collaborative team
As our new colleague, you will become part of a dedicated team focusing on customer services. In the Cura Projects & Service team, we ensure successful implementation projects, handle complex and timely communication to customers, deliver on-request services and make sure that our customers benefit optimally from their Cura contracts.

As an intern you will play a vital role in the team, and from day one become an integrated part of the team on a par with the other employees.

Bring your competencies into play
In this role, you will work with customer communication and have the opportunity to influence and make your mark on our project, which aims to improve our customer help universe. This includes working with the overall strategy and structure as well as writing and ensuring quality in our customer-facing documentation such as configuration guides, get-started guides, product descriptions etc. You will also have the opportunity to take the lead on some tasks while working closely with your team colleagues.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to try out various tasks. You will be helping the team with everything from hosting webinars and organising our annual conference to daily communication with customers while also being involved in several independent projects.

These include:

• writing and ensuring quality in our customer communication
• planning and preparing webinars for our customers
• helping to plan and execute our yearly customer conference
• structuring and writing customer-facing documentation to help customers understand Cura functionality.

Are you our new intern?
We are looking for a new colleague who is currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within communication or IT. Furthermore, we envisage that you:

• are a strong communicator in writing
• can create an overview of and extract essential information from large bodies of material/documentation
• can communicate complex information so it is easy to understand
• are able to take the initiative to kick-start tasks by seeking those who can help, and you are generally able to work independently
• speak and write Danish fluently and have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.

The internship starts on 18 August 2025 and lasts five months. It is a full-time unpaid position, but we are flexible regarding your ECTS requirements, and if your study programme allows you will receive a token of our appreciation each month.
