Our current Student Assistant is finishing up his studies, and we are on the lookout for his replacement. We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Student Assistant to support our Embedded & Digital Solutions department in DIS/CREADIS. While our core business is technical, your role will focus on the business side, helping us analyze, structure, support, and improve our commercial efforts.

About the position
The position is located at Ørstedsvej 10, 8660 Skanderborg. We expect you to work at the office at least once a week, but remote work from home is also possible. The start date involves ongoing screening, with the position beginning shortly after. The hours are flexible, ranging from approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, and can be adjusted around your studies and exam periods.

What will you be doing?
As our Student Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Business Unit Director (who you also will be referring to) and the management team on a variety of business and marketing-related tasks, including:

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Preparing a weekly dashboard on department performance (data from HubSpot & Power BI)
• Tracking budgets, recognized revenue & customer performance
• Maintaining our tool for handling available consultants & project pipeline

Project & Business Support

• Drive project invoicing and handling projects in our ERP- & CRM-system
• Participating in management meetings (incl. taking Minutes of Meeting)
• Organizing events & meetings (e.g., Friday Meetings)
• Having weekly status check-ins with the Business Unit Director regarding ongoing and new tasks

Marketing & Strategy

• Driving force on our marketing strategy and supporting the management team with case development, LinkedIn campaigns, presentation materials for various stakeholders, etc.
• Conducting ad hoc market analysis and business development tasks
• … and a lot of ad-hoc tasks supporting cross-functional initiatives within the company.

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you should:

• Currently be enrolled in a business-related degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, or similar)
• Have more than 2 years left of your studies (incl. Master’s program)
• Be comfortable in a technical/engineering environment despite a non-technical background
• Have a strong analytical & strategic mindset
• Be service-oriented, structured, and proactive
• Have an interest in marketing & business strategy
