We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our global commercial team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large, diverse, and international organization. You will benefit from a steep learning curve in a collaborative environment that emphasizes knowledge-sharing.
If you are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and have an interest in commercial strategy, marketing, and/or business development, this position is perfect for you!

About the job

As part of our team, you will engage in a variety of tasks to support the commercial team, including:

• Collaborating with different countries and operations to ensure consistent and up-to-date commercial content and materials
• Creating and updating presentations for both internal and external use
• Developing detailed product and/or service portfolio presentations and one-pagers
• Ensuring CRM system governance
• Supporting the team with market research
• Assisting with projects and providing support to colleagues across various initiatives and day-to-day tasks

Other Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Advanced): Ability to design professional presentations, Experience in formatting documents and handling data
• Knowledge in Canva or Similar: Designing one-pagers and portfolios
• Proficiency in Social Media: Skilled in market researching and reaching existing and/or new customers via LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken): Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
