Working with Unifeeder, you will be joining a growing organization with more than 300 colleagues across our locations in Europe and Americas. You will be working from our headquarter in Aarhus, where you will join our Fleet Management team with reference to our Chartering Manager, Carl Hansson.

Your areas of responsibility
As a Student Assistant in Fleet Management, you will participate in various tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Review and issue charter contracts, ensuring quality, obtaining signatures, and archiving them properly.
- Assist on time charter calculations.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Streamline and optimize various processes across fleet management.
- Maintain and update internal systems with chartering and fleet data and data validation to ensure accuracy in reports.
- Assist with various administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Who are you?
You will ideally finish your cand.merc. within the coming 2 years. We imagine that this would be an interesting role for you if you study Operations and Supply Chain or Finance and Economics, but this is less important, as long as you are curious about shipping and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in a growth company.
Furthermore, we hope that you:
- Are fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Have great attention to detail
- Experienced Microsoft user, especially Excel
- Have good communication skills to sufficiently communicate with multiple stakeholders
Most importantly, you want to make an impact with a proactive and creative approach, and you have the mindset and drive to kickstart your career with a steep learning curve.
