Are you sales-oriented and capable of handling large amounts of data while possessing strong communication skills?
Then this might be your next job opportunity!
Our Bid Office is looking for a new Junior Bid Manager who wants to engage with complex bids - an area that encompasses all aspects of exciting commercial challenges, communication disciplines, and a broad internal network. We are a young, specialized team that supports twoday’s consulting business in the Nordic region in both the private and public sectors.
You should be eager to take part in complex sales situations that can last up to six months, requiring you to absorb large amounts of data and, in turn, produce high-quality responses and well-crafted business cases. Communication, combined with business acumen, is at the core of this role.
You will be part of a team where we support and challenge each other. Each of us possesses different competencies and qualities, which we believe is key to our success. We are eager to learn from you, and we hope you are just as excited to gain new knowledge. - Take on informal leadership roles in cross-functional project teams
- Engage in commercial and strategic assignments
- Work closely with decision-makers both internally and at client organizations
Your Profile
We imagine that you are a recent graduate or have a maximum of two years of work experience. You may also still have one year left of your studies and are eager to work part-time alongside your education. If you are the right candidate, we will do our best to ensure a flexible work environment that fits your needs.
You might have studied cand.merc.sol or cand.merc.it. Perhaps you have a background in language and linguistics, giving you excellent grammar and writing skills. Alternatively, you may have studied Digital Innovation and Marketing or a similar program and complemented your studies with work experience from a larger company. The possibilities are many!
However, for us, it is crucial that you can check off the following competencies:
- Strong written communication skills in both Danish and English
- A solid understanding of commercial principles
- Knowledge of different communication disciplines and a passion for playing with language
- A structured approach to tasks, with attention to detail and quality assurance
- A desire to eventually lead your own projects
- An interest in engaging in informal networks
- The ability to maintain an overview when deadlines are approaching
It will be a significant advantage if you have had a student job and, ideally, have experience in sales processes within a larger setup, bid management, customer-facing material development or needs assessment tasks.
There are many different ways into this role, which is why we highly value candidates who are driven, ambitious, and motivated to immerse themselves in new areas.
What to expect from the process:
- Application review – our Talent Acquisition team will review your application
- Initial screening interview online – 30 min.
- Interview at our office with hiring manager
- Offer stage – if everything went successful, we’ll extend an offer and discuss next steps.
We review applications on an ongoing basis, so don’t want to apply!
