In GAME, we love asphalt. As a playground, as a meeting place, and as the fundament for creating social change. GAME is a Top 150 NGO and since 2007 our young volunteers have worked in Lebanon to bridge divides and engage refugees and less advantaged children and youth in Street Sports. The goal is to lower the threshold and let more people get involved in the play and community on the asphalt with the goal of creating lasting social change. We are now looking for a Field Officer for our office in Beirut.
THE JOB
We’re looking for (Part-time) IT Assistant to assist in the positive development GAME is going through. You will become a team member of the office in Beirut. You will be responsible to support in managing the organization’s IT systems and processes and platforms.
This is a part-time position (15 to 25 hours per week).
DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
- Day to day IT Support (Hardware and Software)
- Administrating GAME Platforms
- Communicate with IT Service Providers to maintain GAME Platforms
- On-boarding GAME employees, partners and volunteers on GAME Platforms.
- Support the growing process of GAME IT Department.
As IT Assistant, you will have contact with various staff across the organization in order to support their needs and IT-related projects.

As such, you will have a lot of flexibility in pursing ideas which will contribute to the organization’s innovation and growth as well as your own.
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently undertaking an education degree relate to IT or a fresh graduate.
- Have Experience with Microsoft Tools.
- Responsible and prepared to contribute to the team.
- Structured and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Able to multitask, but also mono task when sustained focus is required.
- Able to get along with a wide variety of people, both in the office and internationally.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Street Sports and/or Street Culture is an advantage, but not mandatory.
ONBOARDING DATE
March ,2025. The position is a part-time with occasional weekend and evening work depending on project’s activities (such as overseeing events). The position is time limited to 8 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding.
